APPLICATIONS

Pneumatic conveying of aluminum oxider and other dry bulk raw materials. Installations work in pressure and vacuum mode and are stationary or portable (e.g. barges and gantry type ship unloaders). Capability in pneumatic conveying system design.

Blowers (1000 mbar / 14.5 psig) and single stage oil-free screw compressors (3.5 bar / 50 psig) are used extensively.

The replacement of outdated sliding vane compressors (also known as rotary vane compressors, and Fuller compressors) with single stage Aerzen oil-free screw compressors reduces down-time and operating costs.
